Multiplayer Modes
According to EA DICE, Battlefield 2042 will release with three distinct and standout multiplayer modes. The first map would be called as All-Out War. All-Out War is the next generation of the Conquest and Breakthrough modes. The other map is Hazard Zone, which is an all-new, high-stakes, squad-based map. However, EA has not showcased the third map. As per Electronic Arts, the third map will release on July 22.
Maps
Due to the size of these maps, each map is broken into different divisions. It is divided into multiple objectives in those sectors arranged in clusters. Clusters are spaces where objects and purposes focus on one area: a village, stadium, and oil platform.
- Kaleidoscope: It is a map set in a region called Songdo, South Korea. Kaleidoscope features huge skyscrapers, canals, vehicles, and more.
- Manifest: Manifest is a map set in a region called Branai Island, Singapore. This map comes with a massive container yard, automated cranes, etc.
- Orbital: It is a map based on a region called Kourou, French Guiana. This map features a rocket launch, and even we can launch it.
- Discarded: It is a showcase of a region called Alang, India.
Along with that, there are 3 more maps called Renewal, Hourglass, and Breakaway. Each map features different things and has its own feel.
Characters
Once again, we will new characters in the games. There will be a total of four new specialists. The specialist’s names are Pyotr Guskovsky, Maria Falck, Webster MacKay, and Wikus Van Daele also known as Casper.
