Windows 11 Release Date in India and Its Features

Recently, at the Microsoft conference of the year 2021, Satya Nadella, the CEO of Microsoft said that he is really excited about the next generation of Windows. As you all might know that back in 2015, Microsoft said that Windows 10 will be the last version of their Windows. However, after this year’s conference, they contradicted their announcement. A few days back we covered that Windows is getting a full revamp and other features that were about to come. It’s been a long time since Windows 10 was launched and we seek forward to the next version of Windows. In this article, we will discuss all the Windows 11 features and also mention our expectations for Windows 11 release date. So without any further ado, let’s head into the article.

Why Windows 11?

The windows release history is as follows from Windows 7 in 2009, then Windows 8 in 2012, and 8.1 in 2013, and current Windows 10 in 2015. So here one question arises in everyone’s mind that why now or why Windows 11. As they earlier said that Windows 10 will be the final edition of Windows.

So to answer your question we can just say that to make a change.  It is pretty clear that many people don’t like the look and feel of Windows 10. Moreover, being in the same kind for years made Windows pretty boring as Windows was known to be very user-friendly and easy to use. Windows 10  brought some complications in the OS. Also, the new updates of Windows kept coming with new bugs and various errors that users who update their system have to face. 

However, the name of the next-gen Windows is not known yet. So there is a possibility that Windows gets the next-gen features on the same version with an update. However, We are excited to see what Microsoft names it. So Windows is finally getting a new and revamped look with this version of windows.

Windows 11 Features

Windows 11 will be a major upgrade over Windows 10 as it is being speculated that the newer version of Windows will be coming with 3 big improvements. We will discuss all the features in this article.

Windows 11 New UI

The major upgrade cannot be good if there are no UI changes. And this time Microsoft will change the UI, let’s hope it to be as per our expectations. The UI changes will include several changes and improvements as listed below:

  • New Icons
  • Rounded edges everywhere(Apps, icons, menus)
  • New Start Menu
  • Clean Taskbar
  • Menu, Start Menu, and Quick settings will be separated.
  • New Action Center
  • New look for Windows apps as well.

Windows 11 New Features

The newer version cannot be completed without new features. This upcoming version of Windows will also have new features on the list.

  • New Screenshots features
  • Improved Snap Assist
  • Improved battery stats and page
  • A dashboard for upcoming events, various activities, and recents.
  • Weather and feed on the taskbar

Windows 11 Store

Windows 10 app store does not blend in with many creators as well as people do not use it often. So Microsoft is going to bring new terms here too.

  • Improved UI
  • Unpackaged win 32 apps allowed
  • Auto-update support apps can have their own content delivery network
  • In-app revenue sources allowed

Windows 11 Release Date in India

Windows 11 is pretty hyped as Microsoft declined to go for another generation of Windows and people we not happy with it. Also, the new update will be called the Sun Valley update, however, there is no official confirmation about the release date. Yet, in the conference, Satya Nadella also said that he has been using the update for several months and mentioned that the most significant update of Windows is coming very soon. And on the other hand, some leaks have also suggested that it will release on the 29th of July 2021.
