Go to the UIDAI’s official website and log in
Then click on ‘My Aadhaar.’
Select ‘Order Aadhaar PVC Card’ from the drop-down menu.

Enter a 12 digit Aadhaar card number. The 16-digit Virtual Identification Number (VID) is an alternative here.
After that, fill the captcha
