How to Register for Covid-19 Vaccination on CoWIN Portal: Step-By-Step Guide

The first phase of Covid-19 vaccination has already been ended. Now, the Government Of India has started the second phase of Covid-19 vaccination for citizens older than 45 only. Moreover, the Covid-19 vaccination is also available for people suffering from any disease. We have prepared a step-by-step guide on how to register for Covid-19 vaccination on CoWIN Portal.

How to Register for Covid-19 Vaccination on COWIN Portal?

We will advise users to follow the given steps carefully.

Step 1. First, you will have to register yourself by visiting the official CoWIN website or via the Arogyasetu application. Click HERE to visit CoWIN website. Registration can be done in both given ways.

Step 2. There you will get an option called Register Yourself. Now, click on Register Yourself.

Step 3. The page will redirect you to another page. Afterwards, enter your active phone number. Now, you will receive an OTP on your phone number for verification.

Step 4. Now, enter the OTP and click on Verify.

Step 5. A page will appear asking for information such as Name, Phone Number, and Gender. Moreover, you will also have to fill one of the given documents information such as Driving License, PAN Card, Passport and Aadhaar Card.

Step 6. Now, if you are suffering from any disease, then you have to click on the Yes radio button. Otherwise, click on the No radio button.

Step 7.  Now, click on Register. Once the registration has been confirmed. You will receive a confirmation message on your provided phone number.

Step 8. After completing the registration process, it will display the necessary details. Now, one person can register for four more beneficiaries with the provided mobile number.

Now, you are done with the registration process. The next step is to make an appointment for vaccination.

Step 9. Now, click on Schedule an Appointment.

Step 10. It will redirect you to another page, where you will have to fill up the necessary details such as State/Union Territory, District, Block and Pincode in their respective columns. Now, click on Search.

Step 11. Now, a list of vaccination centres will appear as per your current or added location. There you will have to select the Vaccination center as per your convenience.

Step 12: Now, select the Date and Time as per your convenience. After that, click on Confirm.

Voila! Now you have successfully been registered yourself for Covid-19 vaccination. Another thing you have to do is to save or download the appointment letter.

Note: You will also have to bring a medical certificate of yours while visiting the appointed vaccination centre.
