MWC Barcelona Expects 50,000 attendees with Covid Restrictions and Testing

MWC, the Mobile World Congress will one of the first major industry events that are being held with in-person elements since the Coronavirus outbreak. MWC provides the key products of the industry and gives us a glimpse of the upcoming products. Traditionally the MWC Barcelona is held earlier in the year, though as China is more open when compared to other regions, the timing of both the events has been switched.

It is being said that despite Coronavirus, MWC will host the event and create a touchless environment that will allow invitees to register without contact. Moreover, to ensure safety, John Hoffman is expecting to restrict the number of people and reduce it to 50,000 attendees, contradictory to 100,000+ invitees in usual conditions.
