The devices are launched in Malaysia along with a no. of features. Also, the devices are launched with the new MediaTek Helio G25 and G35. Both devices come under the low-budget phones segment. Display & Battery
Both devices feature a large screen of 6.53-inch IPS LCD with 20:9 aspect ratio. So, the devices come with 720×1600 pixels of resolutions. Both the Redmi 9A and Redmi 9C Features the U-type notch on display. And, both devices feature 5000mAh of battery with 10W Charging Support.
Camera
The Redmi 9A launched with a single camera of 13MP while the Redmi 9C features triple camera setup. So, the Redmi 9C comes with 13MP primary sensor, 5MP macro sensor and 2MP depth sensor. Both the devices have good camera setup as they are coming in low-budget range for the users. But, both the devices features 5MP selfie shooter, which is good.
Processor & Software
We all know that Redmi focuses on performance as well as pricing. So, they are providing the MediaTek processor in Redmi 9A and 9C. Therefore, the Redmi 9A launched with the MediaTek Helio G25 and the Redmi 9C launched with the MediaTek Helio G35. Both the device runs on MIUI 12 based on Android 10 and comes with 2GB RAM and 32GB Internal Storage. The Redmi 9A does not come with a fingerprint sensor, but the Redmi 9C comes with the rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. It has been done mainly to provide smartphones at a lower price.
The Redmi 9A and Redmi 9C have been launched in Malaysia. So, the Redmi 9A is expected to come around Rs. 6,500 and the Redmi 9C will come around Rs. 7,500.
