Redmi G Gaming Laptop to Launch Soon in India
Xiaomi is one of the companies who makes products for almost all categories. Despite making smartphones, the Company is also focusing on launching its laptops. Recently Xiaomi launched its Mi laptop in India with good on-paper specs but was not up to the mark. In its home country, the Company has been launching its laptops for a long time. Now new teasers shared by their sub-brand Redmi, to launch a gaming laptop under their name. This Redmi new Gaming laptop will be supposedly called the Redmi G. Redmi G Features
Xiaomi is all set to launch its first gaming laptop under Redmi Brand in its home country. The Company has shared a teaser via their Weibo account. Redmi revealed the launch date as well as teased the design of the upcoming Redmi G gaming laptop. The teaser suggests that the laptop will come in an all-black colour with a matte finish.
Furthermore, it has thin bezels on the left and right side but has a quite thick bottom chin. This is a similar design to what we have seen in Mi Notebook Horizon Edition. The Redmi G gaming laptop is expected to arrive with large vents to offer enough space for dissipating heat. Redmi G features also include a full-sized keyboard with a large touchpad.
The teaser also shows the side ports which includes a headphone jack and a USB port. Earlier this year, Redmi launched laptops like RedmiBook 14 II, RedmiBook 14 Pro, and RedmiBook 13 Ryzen Edition. The Redmi G series will be the Company’s first gaming laptop. Since it is a gaming laptop, it will get the latest i7 10th Gen Intel CPU and up to Nvidia RTX 2060 GPU. Redmi G Launch Date in India
The Company has officially revealed its launch date for China, which is on 14th August. Seeing that Xiaomi has started to launch its laptops in India, we may see this one launching soon. Therefore, Redmi G launch in India is likely to be rebranded under Mi and may launch around October 2020.

Redmi G Price in India
Xiaomi is known for its aggressive pricing of its products. The Redmi new gaming laptop is expected to priced competitively. Rumours suggest that the laptop will launch at a starting price of CNY 5,200 (Rs 57,000) for Intel i5 model. We hope that Redmi G price in India to be similar and may start at Rs 60,000.
