Why CBSE Students of Class 10th Will Not Fail ?

The year 2020 has not been great in many ways, even the education sector was lacking due to the pandemic. Recently Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal made an announcement saying that CBSE will release its date sheet for class 10 and 12 board exams on 2nd February that can be easily downloaded from cbse.nic.in. On the other hand, CBSE made a relieving statement for class 10 students saying that “No student will fail in Class 10 examinations”.

According to the CBSE’s rule, if a student has failed in one of the three elective subjects(i.e. Science, Maths, and Social Science), then the failed subject will be replaced by the 6th subject that is known to be the additional subject. Moreover, the student’s percentage will be calculated based on the 5 best-performed subjects.
