Step 1. Firstly, open Instagram on your Android phone and tap on the DP icon on the bottom right corner to open your profile.

Step 2. Now tap on the burger-like icon on the top right corner to open the menu.

Step 3. Tap on the Settings option, then tap on the Account option.

Step 4.  Scroll down and look for the Recently Deleted option, tap on the option to see all your recently deleted reels or posts.

Step 5. Now tap on the post that you want to recover. Then tap on the three dots where you will see two options Delete which will permanently delete your post and Restore will get you to post back to the main profile page.

Step 6. Tap on the preferred option and you are done.

NOTE: The deleted post will only be available till 30 days after that you won’t be able to restore the post.

Step 4. Look for the Recently Deleted option, tap on the option to see all your recently deleted reels or posts.

Step 5. Now tap on the post that you want to recover. Then tap on the three dots two options will appear to Delete and Restore choose the preferred option.

Step 6. After you have chosen the preferred option you are all done, if you have chosen Restore your post will be back to the main profile page.
