Facebook Material Design Update

The recent update of the Facebook app brings minimal white color material theme for the Facebook app. It looks way better than the previous one. It has the following changes.

• The top bar is completely White now instead of blue color.
• New Search Bar icon.
• Headings on the top left corner.
• Icons are grey now.
• Facebook Messenger is also following the same material design.
• Menu tab redesigned.

The Profile page completely changed now as you can see in the screenshots. The blue color is completely removed although the icons are the same.

The new material design is applied in News Feed too. As you can see new Facebook heading on the top left corner the same as Whatsapp. The search bar is turned to the Search Icon and the blue color of the top bar is gone.

We have already seen white color material theme design in the Facebook Messenger app a few months ago. The Menu tab looks more good after the update.
