Huawei Mate 20 Pro’s and the P20 Pro’s Camera’ gets a DxOMark Score of 109

The camera quality of Android phones has improved dramatically in recent years. This is evident when looking at the smartphone rankings on DxOMark. DxOMark is a website that provides quality ratings for smartphone cameras.

The Huawei Mate 20 Pro is the Chinese manufacturer’s latest top-end device—one that is in direct competition with the Apple iPhone XS Max, the Google Pixel 3 XL, the Samsung Galaxy Note 9, and other heavy-hitters. Building on the P20 Pro’s camera technology, the Mate 20 Pro comes with a Leica-branded triple-camera setup, offering a 35mm-equivalent focal length range from 16 to 80mm.

Huawei Mate 20 Pro DxOMark:

The Mate 20 Pro’s Camera’s scores 114 points in the photo and 97  Points in Video with an overall score of 109. The Phone with its Cousin The P20 Pro Ranks at No.1 on the DxOMark Table beating the Pixel 3 and 3 XL. The Mate 20 Pro Lacks behind in cases of Artifacts, Zoom and Bokeh in Photo mode and in Texture in Video Mode.

 Huawei P20 Pro’s DxOMark:

The P20 Pro’s Camera’s scores 114 points in the photo and 98 Points in Video, a point ahead of its cousin The Mate 20 Pro, with an overall score of 109. The Phone with its Cousin The Mate 20 Pro Ranks at No.1 on the DxOMark Table beating the Pixel 3 and 3 XL. The P20 Pro Lacks behind in cases of Texture and Bokeh in Photo mode and in Texture in Video Mode same as the Mate 20 Pro.
