Samsung officially rolled out the One UI 3.0 on December 3, 2020. And that version of One UI was built on Android 11. Now, with the launch of the Galaxy S21 series of smartphones, the company introduced another UI upgrade, the OneUI 3.1. These premium smartphones came out with a pre-installed One UI 3.1 version based on the Android 12. In that series, Samsung is planning to introduce Android 12 Based OneUI 4.0 which will be the 9th One UI version upgrade. It is found that Samsung is making some drastic changes to its design philosophy and the 4.0 version would be a revolutionary UI in terms of speed, stability and design. Android 12 Based OneUI 4.0 Release Date in India

Now, as Google has officially launched Android 12, Samsung will start the One UI 4.0 beta program for developers. The Samsung Galaxy S21 series users should be the first to be invited for the One UI 4.0 beta testing program probably around October 2021. Other Samsung Galaxy users may expect a stable OneUI 4.0 update by the end of this year.

On May 18 at Google I/O 2021, the tech giant started the public beta program of Android 12. But the Android 12 beta is limited to in-house Pixels and 11 brands including OnePlus, Vivo, Oppo, Samsung, Xiaomi, iQOO, Asus, Pixel and others, excluding Samsung.
