Elon Musk to Give $100Million as Prize For Developing Carbon Capture Technology

Tesla Inc. owner Elon Musk is very active on social media. Recently, Tesla announced its entrance in India and has even started to settle in Bengaluru. Also, Elon Musk took the Twitter platform on Thursday to announce a grand prize of $100 Million, which is about Rs. 730 crore. However, he will be awarding this to the “best” technology to capture carbon dioxide emissions.

Elon Musk did it to save the environment as reports say that Global warming is increasing with each passing day. Many have tried, but none of them was successful in reducing the carbon from the environment. They all were focused on reducing the emissions, rather than removing them from the environment.
