Android 12 Could Come With A New Restricted Networking Mode, Says Report

Google is all set to roll its new Android 12 update from the very next month. However, the codebase for Android 12 has not been revealed as of now. But still, XDA Developers have found one of the features of the new Android 12 update from the Android Open Source Project. As per the reports, the Android 12 will come with a new feature called Restricted Networking Mode. The Restricted Networking Mode will allow users to block or restrict the traffic for particular applications. The new Restricted Networking Mode feature will create a firewall chain between the network and application, with a set of rules.

However, it is not confirmed that users would be able to use this feature or not. Because XDA Developers has not discovered any kind of option turn it off and on. However, they have stated that users would be able to turn it in use via some programming codes.
