Recently, Twitter has introduced its Birdwatch program. The Birdwatch checks all the misinformation on the platform by allowing users to fact-check tweets. As of now, the Birdwatch community has only 1000 members from the United States.

For instance, if the information given in the tweet is misleading such as false facts, so the Birdwatch community will cross-check the information and will add a valuable note to provide context behind the misleading tweet. However, the notes will only be visible to the Birdwatch community. There will be a 1000 members community to operate this Birdwatch program by Twitter. Recently, VP of product, Keith Coleman has also said that they are trying the best to eliminate misleading tweets from the platform. As per the CEO, this is the best approach to quickly remove all the misleading information
