Step 1. Users can search the Co-Win website on Google.
Step 2. On the website, users will get an option called Sign-In/Register Yourself. Now, click on Register Yourself.
Step 3. The page will redirect users to another page. Afterwards, enter your active phone number. Now, users will receive an OTP on their phone number for verification.
Step 4. Now, enter the OTP and click on Verify.
Step 5. Now, a new page will appear asking for information such as Name, Phone Number, and Gender. Moreover, users will also have to submit one of the given documents information such as a Driving License, PAN Card, Passport and Aadhaar Card.

Step 1. Open the application, and head over to the Vaccination tab.
