1. Open the Settings app
2. Then tap on Face ID & Passcode (for iPhones with Face ID) or Touch ID & Passcode (for iPhones with a home button).
3. Now, enter your password.
4. Then, go to the Allow Access When Locked section and turn the Siri off from there (as shown in the above image).
